Most therapy sessions will last approximately 55 minutes. Extended sessions are discussed and agreed depending on the type of therapy that is most appropriate.

Therapy most commonly begins once per week, though may vary based on scheduling and symptoms severity.

We will schedule a 15-minute free consultation to briefly discuss your needs. If my services are a good fit for you, I will send you links for required intake paperwork and billing.
